Радиус, проведённый в точку касания прямой и окружности, обладает следующим свойством: он перпендикулярен касательной прямой. Это означает, что угол между радиусом и касательной в точке их соприкосновения составляет $90^\circ$.
Это свойство можно доказать методом от противного. Пусть окружность с центром в точке $O$ касается прямой $a$ в точке $A$. Тогда $OA$ — радиус, проведённый в точку касания. Предположим, что $OA$ не перпендикулярен прямой $a$. В таком случае из точки $O$ можно опустить на прямую $a$ перпендикуляр $OH$, основание которого (точка $H$) не совпадает с точкой $A$.
В получившемся прямоугольном треугольнике $\triangle OHA$ (с прямым углом при вершине $H$) отрезок $OA$ является гипотенузой, а $OH$ — катетом. Как известно, гипотенуза всегда длиннее катета, следовательно, $OA > OH$.
Поскольку $OA$ — это радиус окружности ($R$), то получается, что расстояние от центра окружности до точки $H$ на прямой $a$ меньше радиуса ($OH < R$). Это означает, что точка $H$ лежит внутри окружности. Но если прямая $a$ проходит через точку $H$ внутри окружности, она должна пересекать окружность в двух точках, то есть быть секущей. Это противоречит условию, что прямая $a$ является касательной и имеет с окружностью лишь одну общую точку $A$.
Таким образом, исходное предположение неверно, и радиус $OA$ должен быть перпендикулярен касательной $a$.
Ответ: Радиус, проведённый в точку касания прямой и окружности, перпендикулярен этой касательной прямой. Угол между ними равен $90^\circ$.
