Для построения окружности, касающейся двух параллельных прямых $a$ и $b$ и секущей $c$, необходимо найти ее центр и радиус.
Центр окружности, касающейся двух пересекающихся прямых, лежит на биссектрисе угла между ними. Искомая окружность должна касаться пересекающихся прямых $a$ и $c$, а также пересекающихся прямых $b$ и $c$. Следовательно, ее центр должен лежать одновременно на биссектрисе угла, образованного прямыми $a$ и $c$, и на биссектрисе угла, образованного прямыми $b$ и $c$.
Секущая $c$ при пересечении параллельных прямых $a$ и $b$ образует две пары внутренних односторонних углов. Центр искомой окружности будет являться точкой пересечения биссектрис одной из таких пар углов.
Построение выполняется следующим образом:
- Выбираем одну из двух пар внутренних односторонних углов, образованных секущей $c$ с параллельными прямыми $a$ и $b$.
- Строим биссектрису первого угла из выбранной пары.
- Строим биссектрису второго угла из этой же пары.
- Точку пересечения построенных биссектрис обозначаем $O$. Эта точка является центром искомой окружности, так как она равноудалена от всех трех прямых ($a$, $b$ и $c$).
- Из точки $O$ опускаем перпендикуляр на любую из трех прямых. Длина этого перпендикуляра является радиусом $R$ искомой окружности.
- Строим окружность с центром в точке $O$ и радиусом $R$.
Поскольку существует две пары внутренних односторонних углов (расположенных по разные стороны от секущей), данное построение можно выполнить для каждой пары. Таким образом, задача имеет два решения — можно построить две окружности, удовлетворяющие условию.
Ответ: Центр искомой окружности является точкой пересечения биссектрис внутренних односторонних углов, образованных при пересечении данных параллельных прямых секущей. Радиус окружности равен расстоянию от найденного центра до любой из трех прямых. Задача имеет два решения.
