Для того чтобы определить, равны ли треугольники $ABH$ и $CBH$, сравним их по известным признакам равенства треугольников.
Рассмотрим треугольники $\triangle ABH$ и $\triangle CBH$.
1. Сторона $AH$ равна стороне $CH$ по условию задачи ($AH = CH$).
2. Сторона $BH$ является общей для обоих треугольников.
3. По условию, $BH \perp AC$ (отрезок $BH$ перпендикулярен отрезку $AC$). Это означает, что углы, образованные при пересечении этих отрезков, являются прямыми, то есть $\angle BHA = \angle BHC = 90^\circ$.
Таким образом, мы имеем две стороны и угол между ними в треугольнике $ABH$ (стороны $AH$, $BH$ и угол $\angle BHA$), которые соответственно равны двум сторонам и углу между ними в треугольнике $CBH$ (стороны $CH$, $BH$ и угол $\angle BHC$).
Следовательно, по первому признаку равенства треугольников (по двум сторонам и углу между ними), треугольник $ABH$ равен треугольнику $CBH$.
Ответ: Да, треугольники $ABH$ и $CBH$ равны.
