2. Каков принцип действия электроскопа?
Принцип действия электроскопа основан на явлении электростатического отталкивания одноименно заряженных тел. Электроскоп представляет собой прибор, состоящий из металлического стержня, к которому прикреплены один или два легких проводящих элемента (обычно это полоски фольги, называемые лепестками, или легкая стрелка). Стержень с лепестками изолирован от металлического корпуса прибора с помощью диэлектрической втулки.
Когда заряженное тело прикасается к стержню электроскопа или подносится к нему (электростатическая индукция), заряд перераспределяется по всей проводящей системе: стержню и лепесткам. В результате лепестки приобретают заряд одного знака (оба становятся положительными или оба отрицательными). Согласно закону Кулона, одноименные заряды отталкиваются. Сила отталкивания $F$ заставляет лепестки расходиться на определенный угол.
Величина этой силы, а следовательно, и угол расхождения лепестков, тем больше, чем больше величина заряда, сообщенного электроскопу. Таким образом, по углу расхождения лепестков можно качественно судить о наличии и величине электрического заряда.
Ответ: Принцип действия электроскопа заключается в том, что при сообщении ему электрического заряда его подвижные части (лепестки или стрелка) получают одноименные заряды и отталкиваются друг от друга под действием кулоновских сил; по углу их расхождения судят о величине заряда.
3. Что общего у электроскопа и электрометра и каковы различия между ними?
Электроскоп и электрометр — это приборы для исследования электрических зарядов, которые имеют как общие черты, так и существенные различия.
Общее:
- Основное назначение: Оба прибора служат для обнаружения электрического заряда.

Кроме того, корпус электрометра обычно делают металлическим и заземляют для стабильности и точности показаний.
