Для нахождения площади треугольника, когда известны все три его стороны, удобно использовать формулу Герона.
Формула Герона: $S = \sqrt{p(p-a)(p-b)(p-c)}$, где $a, b, c$ – длины сторон треугольника, а $p$ – его полупериметр.
Полупериметр вычисляется по формуле: $p = \frac{a+b+c}{2}$.
1) Стороны треугольника равны 13 см, 14 см, 15 см.
Пусть $a=13$, $b=14$, $c=15$.
Сначала вычислим полупериметр $p$:
$p = \frac{13 + 14 + 15}{2} = \frac{42}{2} = 21$ см.
Теперь подставим найденные значения в формулу Герона для вычисления площади $S$:
$S = \sqrt{21(21-13)(21-14)(21-15)}$
$S = \sqrt{21 \cdot 8 \cdot 7 \cdot 6}$
Чтобы упростить извлечение корня, разложим числа под ним на простые множители:
$S = \sqrt{(3 \cdot 7) \cdot (2^3) \cdot 7 \cdot (2 \cdot 3)} = \sqrt{2^4 \cdot 3^2 \cdot 7^2}$
$S = 2^2 \cdot 3 \cdot 7 = 4 \cdot 21 = 84$ см2.
Ответ: 84 см2.
2) Стороны треугольника равны 2 см, 3 см, 4 см.
Пусть $a=2$, $b=3$, $c=4$.
Сначала вычислим полупериметр $p$:
$p = \frac{2 + 3 + 4}{2} = \frac{9}{2}$ см.
Теперь подставим значения в формулу Герона. Для удобства вычислений оставим полупериметр в виде дроби:
$S = \sqrt{\frac{9}{2}(\frac{9}{2}-2)(\frac{9}{2}-3)(\frac{9}{2}-4)}$
$S = \sqrt{\frac{9}{2} \cdot (\frac{9}{2}-\frac{4}{2}) \cdot (\frac{9}{2}-\frac{6}{2}) \cdot (\frac{9}{2}-\frac{8}{2})}$
$S = \sqrt{\frac{9}{2} \cdot \frac{5}{2} \cdot \frac{3}{2} \cdot \frac{1}{2}} = \sqrt{\frac{9 \cdot 5 \cdot 3 \cdot 1}{16}}$
$S = \frac{\sqrt{135}}{4} = \frac{\sqrt{9 \cdot 15}}{4} = \frac{3\sqrt{15}}{4}$ см2.
Ответ: $\frac{3\sqrt{15}}{4}$ см2.
