Решение. Вариант 1 (с. 67)
1. Кружка молока закипает значительно быстрее, чем полная большая кастрюля, из-за разницы в массе. Количество теплоты $\text{Q}$, необходимое для нагревания вещества до температуры кипения, определяется формулой $Q = c \cdot m \cdot (t_{2} - t_{1})$, где $\text{c}$ – удельная теплоёмкость, $\text{m}$ – масса вещества, а $(t_{2} - t_{1})$ – разность конечной (температуры кипения) и начальной температур.
В данном случае удельная теплоёмкость молока $\text{c}$ и необходимая для закипания разность температур $(t_{2} - t_{1})$ одинаковы как для кружки, так и для кастрюли. Однако масса молока в кружке ($m_{кружки}$) значительно меньше массы молока в полной кастрюле ($m_{кастрюли}$).
Следовательно, для нагрева молока в кружке требуется гораздо меньшее количество теплоты ($Q_{кружки} \ll Q_{кастрюли}$). При условии, что электрическая плитка передает тепло с постоянной мощностью $\text{P}$, время нагрева $\text{t}$ равно $t = Q/P$. Поскольку для кружки требуется меньше теплоты $\text{Q}$, то и времени на ее нагрев уйдёт меньше.
Ответ: Кружка молока закипает быстрее, так как её масса значительно меньше массы молока в кастрюле, и для её нагрева до температуры кипения требуется меньшее количество теплоты при одинаковой мощности нагревателя.
